Today's technical lift festivities included the Overhead Squat (always one of my favorites...), the Front Squat and the Power Clean. The brain matter was challenged with a thorough breakdown of the gym's approach to programming for a variety of end results. Truly great stuff. Well thought out and presented.
Given all the lifts we did on the bar, the day wrapped up with three different body weight exercises performed for :30/:30. :30 of work followed by :30 of active rest repeated 4x. The three exercises were "frog jumps," "split lunges" and "burpees." Again I thank the cold of the SLC winter for the outstanding contrast shower I enjoyed a few moments ago.
Anyway, I've got to study so enjoy the pix and look for some more info tomorrow!
